Sobieski Cocktails

I recently tried a vodka that is very popular in Europe and is growing in popularity here. It known for its value and smoothness. I have to say it is truly great. Here are a few of their signature cocktails that are great for summertime!

The Sobieski Blues

1 1/2 ox Sobieski Vodka

1 oz St. Germain Liquor

1/2 oz Martini & Rossi Bianco

1/2 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: 8-10 Bluberries

Put all ingredients in a shaker, shake and serve in a high ball glass. As you are pouring the cocktail into the glass, drop blueberries in.

Sobieski Star

1 1/2 oz Sobieski Vodka

1/2 oz Massenez Creme de Peche

3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Lychee Juice

1/4 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Star Fruit

Put all ingredient in a shaker, shake and strain into a martini glass
