Fall Salad Recipe

I recently tried a new recipe at a party I hosted at my home- Fennel and Apple salad. The reviews were great! Healthy and light, this salad is has a unique flavor but still satifies.

Apple and Fennel Salad

2 Cups Apple (I used granny smith)

2 Cups Chopped Fennel

1/2 cups chopped pecans

1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan

1/4 cup lemon juice
