Football season is upon us! For my family that means long days of watching games, and good food...in particular chicken wings! I have included a few more unique recipes that include the buffalo flavor that might spice up this season.

Pama Martini

A friend of mine has introduced me to Pama martinis, margaritas and mojitos. Pama liqueur is a made of pomegranite juice, vodka, and a splash of tequila. I have heard it the new "it" drink so I had to pass it along.

1 oz Premium Liqueur

1/2 ounce orange liqueur

French Toast Casserole

One of our readers was nice enough to share their tried and true french toast casserole recipe with us. This sounds tasty!

She suggests serving with sausage or bacon, coffee and juice.

½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs dark corn syrup
1 loaf of good French Bread, cut in to thick slices
5 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of nutmeg

Cook butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup until sugar is dissolved; pour into a 13” x 9” pan. Layer bread pieces on top of syrup mixture. In a bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes
Serves 6-8
