Salsa!

Last night I had a fabulous Mexican meal with one of my closest friends. I couldn't help but wonder, how do those restaurants make their chips!?!


There are so many variations of salsa, it is really easy to just mix and match with what you have in your fridge. Corn salsa has always been one my favorites.

While searching for a good salsa recipe I came across something that I could not help but share. Unfortunately there is not a picture of this, but it is so interesting sounding I think I will have to give it a try this summer! This sounds like it could be good for breakfast.
