Grilled Salad
Grilled Romaine Salad with Buttermilk Chive Dressing
I have only had a grilled salad once when I was on vacation with my family. It took a little convincing from the waiter to give it a try, but it was fabulous. I am so excited to have found this recipe on Southern Living's website.
It may be hard to convince your husband to throw some lettuce on the grill, but it is worth it!

I have had grilled romaine at a restaurant in Cincinnati before and it was amazing. I highly recommend it! JS
